Day 0:
So, I've been meaning to get round to this for ages. Now i have booked my holiday I have no excuse. It may be a cheesy if not slightly skanky holiday to Sunny Beach, Bulgaria but i still want to look my best.
Over the last couple of weeks I have slowly started to switch back to my healthy eating routine - with the added kitkat and twix here and there, but it has to start properly from tomorrow; I would say today, but it's like half 10 at night so there's not much of a point.
I'm going to weigh myself in the morning and put up my starting weight as well as my goal weight; which I've decided is around 9 stone, so it wont be an impossible task in around 20 weeks.
I need to get back in to the gym, but the gyms around here are pretty bad. Most of them don't have a weights room and the ones that do are completely male dominated. The new gym by my work also has a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, so I intend to go and check it out and if it's decent I will sign up. That way I have no excuse but to go to the gym after work every day - it's literally a five minute walk.
So tonight I have been obsessing on the fitspo pictures on Tumblr. It has given me loads of meal ideas and before and after pictures to motivate my ass in to finally doing something.
I WILL START THE 30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE TOMORROW.
Once i have completed it i will post on here. It will remind me i have to do it.
I am officially single, so my plan is to look as hot as i can on my holiday.
Getting my hair done in the morning, so once i return I'll post my day one items. This will consist of current weight - goal weight. Food diary. Exercise completed that day.
I will blog everyday but only weekly will i include my weigh in.
